Oooof, right? I wonder the same… what if I hadn’t been shunned as a teenage mother? What if I hadn’t had the ugly truth of exceptionalism used against me? I was safe as long as I bought in.

I don’t know how we move away from toxic religion and it’s union with nationalism. I know both are deadly and I’ve mourned many relationships lost to both.
